Any claims for damaged / defective items must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date that the item was received.
Any claims not related to the quality of the product but only for other reasons such as "don't like it" "don't want it" must be submitted to email@example.com within 14 days from the date that the item was received. But the time can be extended to 30 days if you don't use your items and keep your items in their original condition and packaging.
